Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical assistance to our internal staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team has the necessary technological support to perform their duties effectively, particularly in relation to field and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization's commitment to technological advancement by facilitating access to innovative tools and solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and best practices in mobile device management.
  • Assist in the procurement of technology, offering recommendations for hardware and software tailored for field operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, including mobile device management solutions.
  • Provide technical support to users through various channels, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to enhance processes related to mobile device support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience and certifications may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support role, particularly with field and mobile device support.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with mobile device management tools and remote support technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based setting with variable temperatures.
