Job Summary
Fusion/RoboJob-USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Illinois. As a CNC Automation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the CNC machining industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CNC machining industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, marketing, or business.
