Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager in leading the sales team and driving sales process improvements
  • Develop and implement new hire training programs to ensure sales representatives are equipped for success
  • Plan and execute weekly sales meetings to drive team performance and goal achievement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience with a proven track record of sales success
  • Five-plus years of in-home sales experience with a strong understanding of general construction applications and terminology
  • Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to make objective decisions and drive results
  • Strong attention to administrative detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
