Automotive Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in our Vauxhall office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Performance Management: Evaluate and improve sales performance through regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
