Key Responsibilities- Appraise all trades and maintain a high-quality used car inventory
- Supervise sales consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
- Manage online inventory to ensure aggressive advertising
- Assist sales consultants in closing sales as needed
- Utilize ADP, V-Auto, and CRM tools to drive sales
- Minimum 3 years of automotive experience with a proven track record
- A competitive pay structure with opportunities for bonuses
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and 401(k) options
- 2+ years of used car management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including weekends
