Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Ford parts in a retail and wholesale environment to customers in person, over the phone, and through e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Ford parts to customers in a retail and wholesale environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction
  • Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
  • Perform other duties as directed by management
Requirements
  • Individual with Ford parts experience required
  • One to two years of prior automotive dealer parts department experience in a retail or wholesale environment is strongly recommended
  • CDK computerized dealer management system strongly recommended
  • Electronic parts catalog experience with Ford ECAT, Snap-On, or Microcat Live
  • E-commerce order processing experience with CCC, Parts Trader, and OPS Trax a plus
  • Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
  • Bilingual individuals a plus
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays as part of a flex schedule
