We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Systems Support Specialist to join our team at the Colorado Judicial Branch. As a key member of our Human Resources Division, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to users of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-tier support to users of our HR systems, troubleshooting errors and resolving technical issues.
- Assist with user communication and outreach, ensuring that users are informed and up-to-date on system changes and updates.
- Act as a training resource for users, providing guidance and support on the use of our HR systems.
- Maintain system accounts, including adding, editing, and removing users, and configuring user roles.
- Update and add system data as needed, ensuring that our HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in testing functionality and performance of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Work collaboratively with vendors and other departments to provide solutions for business requirements.
- Assist in creating and updating system reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Five (5) years of professional computer/IT technical support experience.
- One (1) year of professional computer/IT/Human Resources technical support experience in Human Resources related systems.
This position is located in an office environment and requires minimal travel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
