POSITION SUMMARY

This role is integral to the Human Resources Division of the Colorado Judicial Branch, providing essential support for the technology systems utilized within the department. The position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including user assistance and training, application support, troubleshooting software challenges, account management, and report generation.

WORK MODEL

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work to promote a healthy work-life balance.

SALARY RANGE

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $4,788 to $5,746 per month, with offers determined based on various factors such as relevant experience and budget considerations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Adhering to Human Resources operational procedures to ensure technical solutions align with user needs.
  • Monitoring support line incidents and service requests, providing first-tier assistance to users.
  • Facilitating user communication and outreach initiatives.
  • Serving as a training resource for users on departmental systems, documenting training sessions.
  • Maintaining system accounts, including user configuration and updates.
  • Assisting in the testing of system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborating with vendors and other departments to address business requirements.
  • Creating and updating system reports as necessary.
  • Participating in meetings and training sessions as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is generally pleasant and free from significant hazards, with a focus on sedentary tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited institution, or
  • Five years of professional experience in computer/IT technical support.

Experience in Human Resources related systems is preferred.
