Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analysis Team Manager to oversee our vibrant Information Technology department. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in guiding a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with project timelines, business goals, and operational needs of the Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the recruitment process for new Business Analysts
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of the Business Analysts team
  • Mentor and supervise the team of Business Analysts
  • Assess project progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Promote team development through targeted assignments and mentorship
  • Create standards, methodologies, and tools for the team
  • Oversee data conversion and analytics initiatives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and users
  • Manage interactions with entities involved in business analysis
  • Offer expert guidance on solution design and assess alternative strategies
  • Identify improvement opportunities and formulate action plans
  • Encourage cross-training among team members for enhanced efficiency
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments on project execution
  • Ensure business area coverage during staff absences
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a Business Analysts team
  • 10 years of experience in implementing technology and business solutions
  • 4-6 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and testing
  • Strong grasp of business analysis and data analytics best practices
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, evaluate work, and inspire teams
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and systems thinking
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Language Skills: Proficiency in English

Reasoning Ability: High

Certifications: Business Analysis Certification

Physical Demands:

  • Occasional standing, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, or crawling
  • Frequent sitting and reaching with hands and arms
  • Regular talking or hearing
  • Consistent use of hands

Work Environment:

  • Occasional to frequent exposure to moving parts, radiation, and moderate noise
