Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be instrumental in facilitating technology transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s growth objectives. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough business analysis to support key projects and initiatives.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, including process analysis and the creation of process flow diagrams.
  • Developing user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs) to guide project execution.
  • Performing data analysis to ensure business and financial integrity, including reconciliations and monitoring.
  • Supporting change management efforts through the development of user documentation and training materials.
  • Providing ongoing support for business technologies to enhance user experience.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological efficiencies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in business and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL/VBA is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in supporting technology implementations or change management projects.
