Position Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering financial insights, reporting, and forecasts to our executive leadership across various sectors. This position is designed for growth as our diverse investment portfolio continues to evolve.

Key Duties Include:

  • Developing and sustaining comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to facilitate both immediate and long-term financial strategies.
  • Conducting financial analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Identifying business challenges and proposing strategic solutions for consideration by leadership.
  • Examining variances against forecasts, budgets, and historical expenses to proactively highlight areas for enhancement.
  • Creating and analyzing various ad hoc reports as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred; advanced education is a plus.
  • 2-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
  • Proficient in Excel with advanced skills.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks, SharePoint, Addepar, and Navigator is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of data management and quantitative reporting techniques.

Compensation Details

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
