Position Overview:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a pivotal role within our organization. As a Lead IT Business Analysis Consultant, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform business goals and strategies into detailed and actionable business requirements.
- Utilize Requirements Management methodologies to identify, validate, and document functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current and future business processes, ensuring clarity in requirements for the development teams.
- Facilitate acceptance testing with end-users, including the creation of user acceptance test scenarios and scripts.
- Develop and deliver training materials and supplementary resources to enhance user understanding.
- Engage in feasibility studies and impact assessments related to the implementation of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define and manage project scope effectively.

Qualifications:
