Commercial Operations Support Coordinator

Position Summary: The Commercial Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering strategic and administrative support to the entire Commercial division, while also overseeing administrative duties for designated executives or senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Support Duties:
- Assist the Business Development team in organizing remote and client meetings.
- Manage sales enablement tools, training programs, and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for remote, client, and team meetings.
- Ensure adherence to internal CRM guidelines and maintain operational standards.
- Monitor and support deliverables for significant executive meetings, team collaborations, and town halls.
- Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives or senior leaders within the Commercial sector:
- Organize and book travel arrangements.
- Manage and synchronize calendars.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and various documents for review.
- Facilitate administrative tasks related to document printing, scanning, mailing, and electronic signatures.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives or senior leaders within the Commercial sector:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Not applicable.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Over 15 years of experience in supporting business development, sales cycles, and related sales operations functions. Previous experience in the CRO industry is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Highly proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, especially under pressure.
- Sound judgment with the capability to make timely and informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Able to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all organizational levels.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
Working Conditions: Primarily sedentary work involving sitting or standing, with occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
