Position: Commercial Property Manager

Job Overview:

The Commercial Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of commercial real estate assets while fostering positive relationships with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain service agreements and proposals in digital formats.
  • Address all inquiries related to commercial property maintenance, initiated by tenants, leasing representatives, inspections, or service providers.
  • Ensure properties uphold a reputation for exceptional customer service through timely and effective responses to client needs.
  • Conduct bi-monthly meetings and inspections with cleaning, landscaping, and other service vendors.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with Maintenance Technicians to ensure prompt completion of repair work.
  • Regularly inspect properties and evaluate quarterly inspection reports to ensure timely action on identified issues.
  • Authorize and prepare maintenance work orders, coordinating dispatch and follow-up as necessary.
  • Review weekly work order batches for precision and completeness.
  • Maintain vendor information and draft written communications with service providers and contractors.
  • Assist in addressing landlord or tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Support with meetings, deliveries, correspondence, invoices, or other documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with signage vendors to design and install necessary signage.
  • Ensure the accuracy of key inventories and master lists; create duplicate keys as required.
  • Communicate discrepancies and provide updates on projects to the team.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor in all aspects of work.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the professionalism of the organization and its personnel.

Education Requirements:

  • Preferred certifications include RPA, BOMA, or CPM.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial property management is essential.

  • Hybrid work schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote after training).
