Position Summary: The Commercial Operations Support Coordinator will deliver extensive strategic and administrative support to the entire Commercial division, while also overseeing administrative responsibilities for designated executives or senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Support Duties:
- Assist the Business Development team with remote and client meetings.
- Maintain and enhance sales enablement tools, training, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate logistics for remote, client, and team meetings.
- Ensure adherence to internal CRM guidelines and maintain compliance.
- Monitor and support deliverables for key executive meetings, team collaborations, and town halls.
- Executive Assistance Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support for executives or senior leaders in the Commercial sector:
- Arrange and book travel itineraries.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for review.
- Offer administrative support for document printing, scanning, mailing, and electronic signatures of business documents.
- Provide high-level administrative support for executives or senior leaders in the Commercial sector:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Not applicable.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Over 15 years of experience in supporting business development, sales cycles, and related sales operations. Previous experience in the CRO industry is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Highly proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, even under pressure.
- Sound judgment with the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Able to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all organizational levels.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
Working Conditions: Primarily sedentary work involving sitting/standing, with occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
