- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification and landscape construction principles.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience in residential and commercial landscaping, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
This role will also require participation in our snow program during the winter months, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-maintained and safe.
