About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Quality Specialist to join our team at Scout Motors. As a Technical Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electric vehicles and infotainment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of quality requirements and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate project requests for impact on quality assurance and ensure a flawless launch
  • Drive project activities to ensure best performance for quality KPIs, such as warranty and customer satisfaction scores
  • Support the development of engineering solutions while protecting full volume manufacturability
  • Identify and document project strengths and weaknesses for future improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive infotainment software development, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and familiar with a software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills to articulate quality requirements and impact across hierarchy and functional levels
  • Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies, and plans, and execute with minimal supervision
