Technical Quality Specialist for Electric Vehicle Launch

We're seeking a Technical Quality Specialist to drive project activities and ensure best performance for Quality KPIs, such as warranty, customer satisfaction scores, and internal audits.

This role requires active management of Technical Quality topics in cross-functional system teams regarding Thermal and HVAC components and performance.

You'll evaluate project change requests for cost, quality, and timing, and support the development of engineering solutions and launch issues while protecting full volume manufacturability.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project activities to ensure best performance for Quality KPIs
  • Active management of Technical Quality topics in cross-functional system teams
  • Evaluate project change requests for cost, quality, and timing
  • Support development of engineering solutions and launch issues
  • Protect full volume manufacturability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive Thermal and HVAC systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related engineering field desired
  • Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies, and plans, and execute with minimal supervision
  • Communication skills to articulate Quality requirements and impact across hierarchy and functional levels
