Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and process excellence in our electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV development. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project activities, evaluating project requests, and supporting the development of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Scout's definition of Quality and process requirements as the Voice of the Customer
  • Evaluate project requests for impact to Quality Assurance and ensure a flawless launch at Scout
  • Drive project activities to ensure best performance for Quality KPI's, such as warranty, customer satisfaction scores, and internal audits
  • Support the development of engineering solutions, while protecting full volume manufacturability
  • Keep an ongoing list of the project's (and related processes) strengths and weaknesses for future improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive infotainment software development, including Over-the-Air (OTA) updates
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related Engineering discipline
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and familiar with a software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills to articulate Quality requirements and impact across hierarchy and functional levels
  • Ability to identify tasks, develop methodologies and plans, and execute with minimal supervision
