**Job Summary**
Mass Markets is hiring a Customer Service Agent to work in our contact center. This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
**Key Functions:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner;
- Escalate complex customer complaints to supervisors or managers as needed;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Salary Range:**
The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
