Job Description:
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
