About the Job:

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at DC Staffing Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the property management industry. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury apartment complex, including but not limited to: managing the lease renewal process, performing move-out inspections, preparing collection paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely responses to resident concerns. You will also be expected to collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of quality. A salary of approximately $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this position.

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. They will also have knowledge of property management software, marketing and advertisement methods, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products. Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, teamwork, and time management skills are essential for this role.
