Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients, both onsite and virtually, to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences to represent Deep Health Somerville and engage with the medical community.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to improve overall customer experience.
  • Evaluate and track customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to the customer success team for continuous improvement.
  • Document all relevant client interactions in the appropriate systems.
  • Serve as a champion for both current and prospective clients within the organization.
  • Adhere to project timelines and client requests to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Escalate issues as necessary in accordance with established protocols.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific discipline, or equivalent practical experience in radiology.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in roles such as radiographer, application specialist, technologist, or RIS/PACS administrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of diagnostic procedures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced visualization software and radiology workflows is essential.
