As a Client Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our Web3 platform, ensuring seamless integration with our customers' existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our C-suite team members to interface with valued customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales strategy meetings, sprints, and stand-ups to ensure effective product development and implementation.
- Present software demos and define solution and project design, aligning with customer goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage proposals, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Engage in day-to-day customer engagement operations, serving as the primary point of contact for customer perspectives within multiple teams.
- Support multiple customer implementations or integrations, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and high-quality work standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (software, mechanical, electrical, or other) or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in technology consulting or related fields.
- Proven track record of excellent client service and on-time delivery, managing projects with multiple processes and deliverables.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and flexibility across different time zones to foster relationships with international customers.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret Level).
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sharing vision and inspiring others to positively influence outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Inclusive leader who fosters collaboration and demonstrates a strong interest in emerging technology trends, particularly Web3, AI, and decentralized applications.
