Job Title: Business Development Leader for Hospitality

Company Overview:
Gecko Hospitality is seeking a skilled Business Development Leader to join our team. As a seasoned professional in hotel sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective prospecting, quoting, closing, contracting, and creating high-level BEO's & group resumes.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus 35% bonus potential, PTO, and benefits.

Job Description:
The Business Development Leader will work collaboratively with the on-property team, Regional DOSM, and the revenue manager of the specific hotel to maximize sales opportunities and revenue from existing accounts. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in hotel sales is required, with a preference for brand experience and familiarity with selling all market segments. Additionally, experience with Delphi, SalesPro, CVent, Meeting Broker is preferred.
