Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and provide information to patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Direct patients and visitors to the proper location, providing clear and easy-to-understand directions as needed.
• Respond to telephone inquiries regarding hospital services and directions, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Utilize computer systems to access patient information and perform administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interface with the IT Department to resolve hardware and software issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
