Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Supportive Housing Programs to join our team at Endeavors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our supportive housing programs across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and oversight of all programs in all locations.
  • Implement changes as needed to meet program objectives and customer needs.
  • Promote the success and reputation of the housing programs.
  • Identify community needs and opportunities for program expansion and growth.
  • Pursue new revenue sources and ensure grant match obligations.
  • Develop and deliver marketing presentations.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with funders, referring agencies, supportive services providers, client families, and community collaborations.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Supervise direct reports, including interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Prepare and manage annual program budgets.
  • Operate programs in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
  • Implement cost containment as needed to stay within budget parameters.
  • Work with the grant writing team to submit contract and grant applications.
  • Research funding opportunities.
  • Ensure grant deliverables are met, reported accurately, and on time.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a Master's degree in Public Administration or Business. A Project Management Professional background or certification is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an upper-level management position, with a proven track record of developing and managing million-dollar program budgets. Experience working with HUD supportive housing contracts, technical E-Snaps, eLOCCS, Sage, HMIS, SaleForce, New Project, and Renewal Project submissions is highly desirable.
