Job Summary

The Regional Director of Supportive Housing Programs is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of supportive housing programs across various locations. This role requires a strong leader who can provide strategic direction, ensure program effectiveness, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Ensure the day-to-day operations of all programs in all locations, including monitoring, data management, financial management, research, evaluation, and supervision.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to a team responsible for program delivery, and collaborate with the Deputy Senior Director to liaise with key stakeholders, including program funders and federal government agencies.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify community needs and opportunities for program expansion and growth, and develop strategies to pursue new revenue sources.
  • Marketing and Communication: Develop and deliver marketing presentations, maintain open lines of communication with funders, referring agencies, supportive services providers, client families, and community collaborations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise direct reports, interview, make quality hiring decisions, train, and mentor in best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual program budgets, operate programs in an efficient, cost-effective manner, and implement cost containment as needed to stay within budget parameters.
  • Grant Writing and Management: Work with the grant writing team to submit contract and grant applications, research funding opportunities, and ensure grant deliverables are met, reported accurately, and on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Business, or a similar discipline, preferred. Master's degree a plus. Prefer Project Management Professional background/certification.
  • Experience: Prefer 5+ years in an upper-level management position, supervisory experience leading Case Managers, and experience developing and managing million-dollar program budgets.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in project management software.
