Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm and inviting attitude, establishing a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Provide comprehensive information about facility offerings, services, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Process guest transactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and guarantee a seamless experience. Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling experience is essential. Outstanding communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving abilities. Capacity to multitask and operate in a fast-paced setting. Experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is advantageous.
