Role Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests with a warm demeanor, ensuring a positive initial impression. Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail. Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Process guest transactions and maintain precise records. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience. Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with cash handling is essential. Outstanding communication skills are necessary. Proficient computer skills are required. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel or resort operations is advantageous.
