Key Responsibilities:
This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience that enhances overall satisfaction.

Primary duties include accurately processing transactions in a dynamic environment while effectively introducing relevant products and services to meet client needs.

Expectations include ensuring clients are promptly connected with the right team member to address their requirements and executing the Life Priorities Strategy, as well as educating clients on utilizing self-service technologies for simple transactions.


Core Duties:
Promotes the bank's risk culture and pursues operational excellence.
Enhances the client experience.
Expands business knowledge and networks by collaborating with specialists in small business, lending, and investments.

Required Qualifications:


A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results while prioritizing client interests.

Effectively collaborates to accomplish tasks, fostering strong relationships.
Demonstrates passion and commitment to providing an experience that enhances clients' financial lives.
Communicates confidently and effectively, engaging with all clients comfortably.
Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Adheres to established processes and guidelines in daily operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Comfortable discussing clients' financial goals and introducing suitable services and products.
Minimum six months of client service experience in financial services, retail sales, or a results-oriented environment.
Alternatively, completion of the Bank of America financial center internship program may substitute for the experience requirement.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours as necessary.


Desired Qualifications:
Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
Six months of cash handling experience.
Experience in a goal-oriented environment where individual and team objectives were consistently met or exceeded.
