- Registration and Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, handle room assignments, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Communication: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and communicate effectively with other hotel staff to resolve any issues.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and software.
