  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.">
  • Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and standards.">
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.">

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the mission-critical datacenter cooling industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Experience in forecasting sales trends and making business decisions based on data. The ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
