Route Sales Professional

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position that involves delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. As a sales professional, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
You can expect:
- Four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
- To run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
- To grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
- To attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
- To work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
Frito-Lay offers an estimated $2,000 retention bonus paid within 18 months based on performance and eligibility. The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
