Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Sales Executive to join our team at NOLA Gold Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of group tickets and hospitality packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales plan to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new group sales accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and execute group events and theme nights to exceed customer expectations and create memorable fan experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends by attending relevant events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, sports management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
