Job Title: Medicare Advantage Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Representative to join our team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our Medicare Advantage customers.

Job Summary:

This role involves working with customers and internal personnel to provide training, product knowledge, and technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of internal enrollment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Medicare Advantage products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our Medicare Advantage customers
  • Work closely with internal personnel to ensure seamless enrollment procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • One year of marketing and/or sales experience
  • Able to chair meetings and communicate benefits
  • Must be able to travel daily in the local area and statewide on occasion
  • A valid state insurance license is required upon hire
