Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales professional to join our team at John H. Carter Company, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in an industrial service type environment
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Technical certification or degree in a relevant field is preferred
