Job Summary:

The Group Sales Executive is a key role at NOLA Gold Rugby, responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of group tickets and hospitality packages. This position involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and creating memorable fan experiences through theme nights, large group outings, and full menu selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales plan to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new group sales accounts to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, and execute group events and theme nights to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends by attending relevant events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, sports management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Aggressive, competitive, and committed to achieving goals and driving results.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
