Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Human Service Specialist Units with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and supply management.
- Provide reception duties, including directing inquiries to the appropriate units and logging verification receipts.
- Scan and maintain case files, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sending and retrieving faxes.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are also preferred.
