We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Support Technician to join our team in the Office of the Monmouth County Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and recordating documents, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Record documents related to real property, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections and updates.
- Reconcile fees collected, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
- Enter data into our system, scan documents, and maintain proper document databases.
- Learn and utilize electronic recording functions to streamline our processes.
