Quality Improvement Assistant

CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and improving clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the quality of services and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality management activities, including data analysis and program auditing.
  • Provide training and support to staff to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Maintain records of quality improvement scores.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Record system, DocuSign, Survey Monkey, and other software applications and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to make and maintain contacts and positive relationships with individuals who receive or have received mental health and/or substance abuse services.
  • Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
