Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Support Technician to join our team in the Office of the Monmouth County Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and recordating documents, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record documents related to real property, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review documents for statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Reconcile fees collected, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Enter data, scan documents, and maintain proper document databases, ensuring efficient record-keeping.
  • Learn electronic recording functions, staying up-to-date with technology.
