Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk 1/Telephone Operator. This role will be responsible for performing basic clerical duties, including typing, answering phones, filing, scanning documents, and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Human Service Specialist Units with logs, supply orders, and typing documents.
  • Provide reception duties, including directing customer inquiries to units, entering reception visits into the database, and logging verification receipts.
  • Scan case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Open and distribute mail, and send and retrieve faxes as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
