Quality Improvement Specialist

CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Assistant to join our team. Under the direction of the Compliance Director, the Quality Improvement Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of services, compliance with regulations, and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor quality management activities, including data analysis and program auditing, to establish key performance indicators and review policies and procedures.
- Complete internal audits and utilization reviews of clinical records to ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation by program staff.
- Provide feedback to staff regarding compliance with quality assurance standards as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality improvement goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Valid NJ Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.34.
- Benefit-eligible position, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 6 weeks of paid time off and 11 holidays per year.
