About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Information Security Compliance to join our team at Sysmex America. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our information security program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies to ensure the organization's information security program is aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • IT Security Governance: Establish and maintain effective IT security governance processes to ensure the organization's IT systems and data are protected from cyber threats.
  • Security Frameworks and Standards: Develop and implement security frameworks and standards to ensure the organization's IT systems and data are secure and compliant with industry standards.
  • Security Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments to ensure the organization's IT systems and data are secure and compliant with industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the organization's information security program.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT and information security technologies, compliance, and governance.
  • Certifications: Cybersecurity or auditing certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience with security frameworks and standards.
