Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Senior Service Desk Technician, with experience in network, server, security, and storage administration.
  • Extensive experience in network support, including routing, switching, and LAN/WAN management.
  • Proficient in firewall support, preferably with Cisco Meraki and ASA.
  • Strong knowledge of Office/M365 applications, including Azure and Active Directory.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud platforms and Microsoft Endpoint Management.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, including resource management and network security.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Citrix Cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of CAD software installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor and MS Dynamics.
  • Background in engineering design or industrial manufacturing.
