Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to become a vital part of NoGood. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Director of New Business to pinpoint, evaluate, pursue, and secure key new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless integration of new clients into our operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

External Engagement:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify opportunities within key market segments that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for growth marketing services through both inbound and outbound strategies to generate and qualify leads, driving them into an active sales cycle.
  • Lead Engagement & Sales Cycle Management: Provide timely and relevant responses to lead inquiries, ensuring high engagement levels. Understand the business needs, challenges, and motivations of leads to effectively communicate and deliver tailored solutions. Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure, establishing a positive rapport and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Agency Representation: Possess a comprehensive understanding of NoGood’s capabilities, model, and culture, articulating them fluently and authentically.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaboration & Alignment: Review and enhance materials, processes, and strategies to ensure cohesiveness in agency services and optimize the new business department.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with meticulous data management, overseeing all stages from lead generation to closure, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify differentiation opportunities, positioning our agency as the preferred choice in the market.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or account management, preferably within a Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency context or in a MarTech/AdTech startup.
  • A strong drive to innovate, resolve challenges, and achieve results.
  • A proven track record in successful RFI/RFP submissions and a deep understanding of the agency business development landscape.
  • The ability to effectively scope and sell a comprehensive service offering, from creative to digital strategy and media solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to present ideas persuasively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot, with a willingness to adopt new tools and technologies.
