Key Responsibilities:

  • Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using our range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install preventative measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to their pest concerns. Inform customers about additional services that could enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education: Gain expertise in the various products and services offered by Batzner Pest Control through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions on new methods and products to enhance service delivery. Maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, funded by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest management.
  • Ability to work independently after initial training.
