Key Responsibilities:

• Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Carry out pest treatments and install preventive measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to their pest problems. Proactively inform customers about additional services that may enhance their experience.
• Ongoing Development: Gain expertise in the diverse range of Batzner Pest Control products and services through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training sessions for new methods and products within our pest control offerings. Secure and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, with costs covered by Batzner Pest Control.

Qualifications:

• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hold a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest management.
• Ability to work independently after training.
