Our Graham Division
The Graham Division specializes in manufacturing one-time-use products for the healthcare and beauty markets. We are seeking an energetic Production Technician to join our team on 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday) in a climate-controlled environment.
Your Role as a Production Technician
- Participate in all aspects of production, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Operate machinery, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Utilize computer systems for order management and process documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What We Offer
- Starting salary of $20.00 per hour, increasing to $22.05 after 90 days.
- Second and third shift differentials, plus daily overtime pay for hours exceeding eight.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, health savings account, retirement plan, 401k with a 50% company match up to 6%, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
